“I Loveded You Piggy!”

Pardon the Invader Zim refernce, but today is a sad sad day, and it seemed fitting.  You see, my beloved car, is dead.  She has taken me across country several times – to Texas, to visit Odin in Austin and Scarbarough Fair, to Oregon to participate in Faerieworlds, up and down the East Coast for a “Swing-a-thon” road trip.  We went to Tennessee for Thanksgiving once to visit Odin’s Dad on his boat.  All this, not to mention how oftentimes she was lugging about an entire faery shop.

Perhaps all is not lost; Odin is still trying to fix her.  But she vrooms and gurgles and then kapoots.  She almost starts and then gives up.  I don’t have the money to really get her fixed.  Nor do I have the money for a whole new car.

So, for now, there is no crafty post.  Just the passing memories of a truly hippie vehicle.
